Previous experience in similar role is required.

As a Line Leader, you ll take ownership of the production line, leading a team to meet targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role, where your leadership will directly impact performance and team success.

• 14:00 - 22:00 £ 14.10 per hour

• Lead, motivate, and support your team
• Packing and repacking of soft drinks
• Drive production to meet daily targets and product specifications
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and quality
• Complete accurate records and paperwork using IT/WMS systems
• Support audits and compliance checks
• Train and develop new team members
• Act as a role model for best practices on the shop floor
• Work alongside your team, hands-on, when needed

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Proactive "can-do" attitude
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Basic IT skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
