We are recruiting for a Shunter Driver to work nights 4 on/4 off ) for a logistics company based in Lutterworth. This ongoing temporary role pays £16.31 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately place trailers in designated areas as per instructions.
• Conduct thorough safety inspections and report any defects, incidents or accidents.
• Communicate courteously with colleagues and maintain professional conduct.
• Monitor speed limits and report any breaches by drivers and subcontractors.
• Maintain vehicle parking area layouts and report debris issues.
• Adhere to Health & Safety legislation and company safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Shunter Driver.
• Accredited Shunter Certificate (RTITB/ITSARR) or HGV1 or C+E licence.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
