Van Delivery Driver

M4 Recruitment are working with a newly opened company specialising in distributing building materials based in Gloucester who is looking for a 3.5T drivers. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right candidate averaging 50 hours a week (this can vary due to route lengths) Mon till Friday starting around 07:00. Work will consist of few drops per day delivering building materials and this will involve some manual handling of items up to 25 kgs.

Occasionally the driver will also be required to give a hand with warehouse duties as part of their job but this will not be often. Work is ongoing Monday till Friday with a contract offered after 12 weeks for the right candidate. Our ideal driver will:

- have full UK drivers licence - no more than 6 points on their licence (depending on the code) - have good experience of 3.5T driving - ideally at least 1 year with multidrop experience - be happy with warehouse duties when required - be physically fit due to manual work involved when delivering - have a good knowledge of driving laws and regulations - have basic knowledge of computer skills (tablet/computer use) M4 Recruitment are an employment business and operates as an equal opportunities employer.
