Transport Coordinator

Shift pattern:
Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:00 (night shifts)

Reporting directly to the Transport Manager, you will support the Transport Operation in ensuring an efficient and smooth operation whilst achieving service levels within time and budgetary constraints. You will coordinate agency drivers and ensure that all transport documentation is in place. You’ll also update the fleet schedule whilst ensuring that all vehicles are serviced when required. You will hold a key role in driver license checks and communicating with the FTA whilst ensuring that all driver documentation is completed accurately.

You will be a leader of our ‘Stay Safe’ culture by championing and driving first class safety standards across our distributions centres and branches.

You will have good communication skills to engage with colleagues and your management teams effectively. You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and administration skills whilst having attention to detail. You will also have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and be able to prioritise your own workload.
