PERMANENT CONTRACTS GIVEN AFTER 12 WEEKS based on attendance and performance targets being met

* Siamo are proud to work in partnership with prestigious supermarket chain, recruiting  Warehouse Operatives for their ambient distribution centre based in Magna Park Lutterworth, LE17.

We are looking for hard working individuals to join a team within a friendly, ambient warehouse environment, to locate and order pick products, ensuring accurate dispatch to stores all over the country.

The role will involve picking grocery products using voice headsets Training is provided. (you will be required to work with meats and alcohol)
You will also be using LLOP to get around the warehouse and move products, so experience using LLOP is necessary.

This role is a manual role and required lifting and moving of products.

Immediate starts available!

Shifts:

07:00am - 15:00pm  (
** 5 Days out of 7 – includes weekend working on a rota basis**)

Start Pay Rate: £12.30 Per Hour
12 Week Pay Rate: £13.55 Per Hour
27 Week Pay Rate: £14.55 Per Hour

Requirements:

Warehouse experience is preferable
Warehouse picking experience
Experience using LLOP
Ability to work in a target driven environment.
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
A positive attitude.
Reliable and keen to work.
Able to do heavy lifting (some products are heavy and bulky)
