Warehouse Operative

On behalf of one of our clients based in Lutterworth, Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for an immediate start in a long-term temporary position, with the possibility of receiving a contract after 12 weeks.

The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.

Overtime is available after working 40 hours and is paid at £18.31 per hour.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2:30pm
- 8am to 16.30pm
- 11am to 19:30pm

An open day will be organised prior to the start date, allowing you to visit the warehouse, meet the team and gain a clear understanding of the role and its responsibilities.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your main duties and responsibilities would be as follows:

- Setting up the new warehouse
- Picking and packing electronic equipment
- Unloading containers

Our perfect worker will be reliable, punctual, and have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues.

Applicants will have a safety-first mindset and the ability to follow detailed processes to ensure the Health and Safety procedures are followed.

Previous experience of working in a warehouse is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
