Parcel Sorter

Accept Recruitment is excited to be recruiting Parcel Sorters for our brand-new client a leading e-commerce operation based in Magna Park, Lutterworth. This company specialises in courier, package delivery, and express mail services, and is looking for reliable, hard‑working individuals to join their growing team.

This is an ongoing role in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, perfect for candidates with previous experience in similar settings.

Working Hours/Days:

Shifts:

4 on 4 off Shift Pattern, Monday to Sunday

Pay Rates: £12.21 (Days) | £13.00 (Nights) Increases to £13.40 after 12 weeks service!

• Light loading and unloading of goods
• Picking & packing using handheld scanners
• Manual handling (up to 7kg)
• Use of pump trucks (desirable)
• General warehouse duties
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures
• Working collaboratively as part of a team

• Own transport is essential (due to site location and shift pattern)
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Strong understanding of English (spoken & written)
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑moving environment
• Commitment to a fixed 4 on 4 off shift schedule
