Sortation Operative

Job Title: Sortation Operative– loading, unloading and sorting parcels

Location: Lutterworth – LE17 4XT
(please confirm ability to travel for shifts)

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off, Day & Night shifts (07:00–18:00 & 20:00–07:00), 5 out of 7 days (flexibility required). Full‑time only; no student applications accepted.

Pay Rate: £12.71 to £13.40 per hour

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (after 13 weeks)

Experience: None required; MHE experience preferred.

We are looking for Sortation Operatives to join our team in Lutterworth. You don’t need warehouse experience – just the right attitude, willingness to learn, and a team‑player mindset.

We seek individuals able to commit to full‑time shifts, travel to the site for each shift, and have a good grasp of the English language.

• Sorting parcels across inbound and outbound departments.
• Loading and unloading parcels.
• Using hand scanners and other equipment (full training provided).
• Operating pump trucks and pulling cages.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve daily targets.

• Able to stand on your feet and lift items within safe manual handling limits.
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment.
