MHE Warehouse Operative

Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable warehouse operative to join our Warehousing and Logistics team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse, contributing to the high standards our clients expect.

• Location:
  
  Magna Park, Lutterworth
• Shifts:
  
  Flexible between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday

• Utilise pick lists to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience using MHE equipment, VNA or PPT (in‑house or external licences acceptable).
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse setting.
• Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
