Warehouse Operative – Immediate Start

Location: Lutterworth, LE17
Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour
Shift: 7:00am – 5:00pm, 5 days out of 7

Quest Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Lutterworth, LE17.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and a regular 10-hour shift pattern.

• Supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation
• Processing, picking, moving and preparing stock and orders as required
• Following operational procedures and instructions to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area
• Working as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements
• Reporting stock, process or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to commit to working 5 days out of 7
• Able to work a 7:00am start and complete the 10-hour shift
• Have good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
• Physically capable of carrying out normal warehouse duties
• Positive and dependable with a strong team-working approach
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment

Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
