As a Days Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring parcels are handled with precision, operational targets are met, and safety and quality standards are top-notch. 5 Minutes from M1 Junction 20 & 10 Minutes from M6 Junction 1

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure warehouse processes for efficient parcel handling, sorting and scanning are followed.
• Train and develop new team members, helping them achieve and maintain performance standards.
• Support the Supervisors and Shift Managers by identifying and escalating challenges and problem solving to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, upholding both company policies and health & safety standards.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Understanding of / familiarity working in a warehousing or logistics environment.
• Team Leading or supervisory experience desirable.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable to support Warehouse Operatives with physical parcel handling activities when needed.
• A commitment to upholding safety and operational excellence.
