People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire
. This is a fantastic opportunity, offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress. This is a fantastic opportunity offering competitive rates of pay, consistent Monday to Friday working (Static days / AM shifts with room to develop and progress within a busy warehouse environment.
This role would suit candidates with previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Labelling Associate or Inventory Control.
Shifts: Monday - Friday: 08.00am - 16.30pm and Monday to Friday: 06.00am - 14.00pm (Static shift)
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Day to Day Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will be, but not limited to:
- Perform general packing / re-packaging duties
- Labelling products accurately
- Rework products as required
- Kitting and value - added service activities (VAS)
- Moving stock around the warehouse using manual handling techniques (no heavy lifting)
- Dispatching products following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Scanning and stock control
- Quality checks
- Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
Skills needed to be a Packing Operative with our client are:
- Basic level of English required
- Reliable and punctual
- Communication skills
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Physically fit for standing and movement over long periods
Desirable Experience
Desirable experience needed to be a Warehouse Operative with our client is:
- Warehouse experience but not essential as full training provided
- Previous experience in E-commerce fulfilment and Value add service operations would be advantageous (labelling, rework, , bundling, etc)
Training
- Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
