Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for
Warehouse Team Members
to join our team at
Britvic in Lutterworth.You will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, preparing, loading and unloading customer orders.

This is a full time, permanent role. You will be working
Sunday – Thursday, 21:00 – 06:00 on the night shift.

• Accurately pickingof customer orders
• Loading/unloading vehicles and completing associated paperwork
• Replenishing stock, including stock rotation and pallet top-ups
• Completing admin tasks using management systems
• Working to a high standard of accuracy and productivity in all tasks
• Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment
• Undertake physically demanding warehouse duties, including heavy case picking
• Support forklift operations and yard shunting activities where required

• Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes
• MHE experience, including Counterbalance, LLOP, and PPT equipment, and the ability to operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable carrying out physically demanding work, including regular heavy lifting and case picking
• A true team player with a collaborative,  one team  mindset and a willingness to support wherever needed
• Flexible, adaptable, and results-driven, with a positive attitude and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills, combined with a commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining high operational standards
