Thorn Baker Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for a role in the Lutterworth area. You will lead day-to-day warehouse operations, allocate workloads, monitor productivity and ensure safe receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of stock.
The position offers 35,000 per year, 6:00am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus generous leave and benefits. As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide the team, coordinate activities with the DC Manager and ensure targets are met, while maintaining stock accuracy
