Target Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 DOE

• Lead accounting and financial operations across five growing business entities with direct exposure to executive leadership.
• Play a strategic role in driving profitability, cash flow, project performance, and scalable growth initiatives.
• Manage and mentor an established accounting team while influencing process improvements and automation projects.
• Gain broad responsibility across accounting, HR, payroll, compliance, risk management, and operational finance.

• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, cash flow management, and multi-entity accounting operations.
• Manage AIA billing, accounts receivable, collections, job costing, WIP reporting, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
• Lead payroll, HR administration, compliance, insurance programs, and risk management activities.
• Partner with project managers and operations leaders to improve project profitability, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Direct accounts payable, vendor management, contract administration, and intercompany accounting across multiple entities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with construction or service-contracting organizations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AIA billing, job costing, WIP reporting, revenue recognition, and multi‑entity accounting.
• Advanced Quick Books Online and Microsoft Excel skills, including financial reporting and data analysis functions.
