• Manage project billing, customer invoicing, and accounts receivable activities.
• Support accounts payable processing, vendor management, and payment coordination.
• Maintain accurate job costing and project accounting records.
• Assist with Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting and project profitability analysis.
• Reconcile financial transactions and support month-end close activities.
• Partner with project managers and leadership to resolve billing, costing, and reporting discrepancies.

• 2+ years of accounting experience within construction, contracting, engineering, or a project-based environment.
• Experience with job costing, project accounting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Quick Books and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with construction billing, progress billing, or AIA billing is preferred.
