Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close activities.
• Manage project accounting functions such as AIA billing, job costing, and work-in-progress reporting.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and deliver meaningful reporting to executive leadership.
• Strengthen internal controls, streamline processes, and implement operational efficiencies.
• Serve as the Controller leading, developing, and mentoring a high-performing accounting team.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to support budgeting, project analysis, and business decision-making.

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with proven leadership responsibility.
• Strong background overseeing core accounting operations including AP, AR, and financial reporting.
• Experience with project accounting, including AIA billing, job costing, and WIP reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with Quick Books Online and multi-entity accounting environments.
• Ability to partner effectively with executives and operations leaders to drive business results.
