• Evaluates and develops plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology.
• Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for therapists completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Speech Language Pathology students and volunteers.

• CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Speech Therapy License
• Required Master's Speech Therapy
• 1 year Clinical Related is preferred
