• Completed an accredited physical therapy program
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice PT in Florida
• Membership in PT associations is a plus
• Strong administrative and public‑relations skills
• Thorough understanding of PT principles, methods, materials, and equipment
• Knowledge of safety hazards and precautions during treatment
• Ability to collaborate with patients and medical team
• Ability to interpret physicians’ instructions and recommend treatment programs
• Demonstrated emotional stability for patient care & team dynamics
• Commitment to confidentiality
• Preferred:
  Medicare & third‑party reimbursement knowledge, Net Health experience
