Schedule Options
- Weekend Shifts Available:
- Saturday & Sunday
- Every-Other Weekend
Pay: $15–$19/Hour (Based On Experience And Certification)
Responsibilities
- Assist With Personal Care, Mobility, Feeding, And Adl's
- Support Individuals With Intellectual And/Or Behavioral Health Needs
- Document Care And Communicate With The Care Team
- Maintain A Safe And Supportive Environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In Acute Care, Rehab, Or Skilled Nursing
- Experience With Higher-Acuity Patients Preferred
- Current Cpr/Bls & First Aid Certification
- Strong Communication And Documentation Skills
- Ability To Lift/Assist Up To 50 Lbs
- Must Pass AchA Level 2 Background Screening AchA Requirement (House Bill 531 – 2025) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Education Site:
