Talent Acquisition Specialist – Watermelon Swim

We’re seeking a proactive in‑house Talent Acquisition Specialist who can find and inspire candidates as well as thrive in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.
Basepay range
$45,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles
- Connect with career advisors in the community to create and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience from start to finish
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Proven success in full‑cycle recruiting
- Strong ability to identify, engage, and hire top talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting job postings and candidate‑facing messages
- Ability to think outside the box
- Comfort managing multiple roles and priorities
- Passion for connecting great people with a mission‑driven organization
