Group Health Benefits Specialist

One Source Advisory is growing, and we are looking for a Group Health Benefits Specialist to join our team.

Location: Lutz or Lakeland, Florida

Schedule: Full-Time | 35 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday

Starting Salary: $50,000

In this role, you will work closely with our account management team to support group benefits clients through plan analysis, implementation, renewals, and ongoing client service.

• Prepare and submit RFPs to insurance carriers for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other ancillary benefits
• Review carrier proposals and assist with plan comparisons and recommendations
• Coordinate new and renewal benefit plan installations
• Support day-to-day client service needs, including enrollment, plan changes, billing questions, and other requests
• Develop an understanding of clients’ businesses and employee benefit needs
• Identify opportunities for additional benefit solutions and cross-selling
• Maintain timely follow-up with clients, carriers, and team members
• Assist with research, data gathering, and client presentation materials

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Florida driver's license
• Florida Life & Health insurance license is a plus, or willingness to obtain one

Starting Salary: $50,000
