Develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experience and hits business objectives.

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff, including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to staff.
• Set and achieve membership and revenue goals, track KPIs, and develop strategies to increase retention and new sign‑ups.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff on performance.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service by addressing member concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage members in a friendly, approachable manner, actively listening to their needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and certifications.
• Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Communicate calmly during emergencies or disruptions to ensure safety.

• 2 years of sales management experience.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
• Detail‑oriented with systematic problem‑solving and good time‑management.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Alignment with our core values.

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, move around floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to use company computer systems and prepare documents.
• Ability to bend and lift over 40 lbs repetitively.

Salary range: $58,656–$105,000 USD.
