Clinical Nurse II – Bay Care Health System
SiteNorth Bay Recovery Center, Lutz, FL
Shift6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (Night shift), Every other weekend, No on‑call
Responsibilities- Independently care for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Provide professional accountability and development.
- Act as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required:
RN (Registered Nurse) - Preferred:
Nurse Specialty
- Required:
Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing - Preferred:
Bachelor’s in Nursing
- Required:
2 years as a licensed RN and completion of all Clinical Nurse requirements.
