Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for behavioral health opportunities in Lutz, FL. This position offers competitive pay, consistent scheduling, and the opportunity to work a dedicated assignment with one of our healthcare partners.

We are seeking dependable, experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and can quickly and confidently adapt to new facility environments.

An LPN working a contract through Elite Medical Staffing at a behavioral health facility may be expected to:

• Utilize EMRto record patients' medical information and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report significant changes to the appropriate clinical team
• Measure, record, and maintain accurate resident health information and vital signs
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and other treatments within scope of practice
• Assist with resident assessments and implementation of individualized care plans
• Accurately document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses
• Support and collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare team members to provide quality care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in behavioral health
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

• Active and unencumbered FL
  LPN License or Compact LPN License
• Government-Issued Photo  Passport
• CPR/BLS
• Bloodborne Pathogen Training
• Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
