LOCATION:

As the Stock Lead, you will be an integral part of True Religion's ability to maintain the highest level of customer service through presentation standards and daily replenishment. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of functions from receiving merchandise, maintaining loss prevention policies and procedures, merchandising the sales floor to maintaining store appearance and exceed the expectations set forth by the company.

• Support store manager with management and coordination of the daily merchandising operations of the store.
• Supervise the daily activities of the stock team.
• Perform stock supervisor functions such as setting visual directives, checking-in merchandise and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Partner with store managers to maximize sales through product replenishment, placement and communication of product needs.
• Develop relationships and partnering with Planning and Allocations team to ensure correct product flow and assortment for store.
• Achieve the store's sales and shrink goals.
• Develop and build high performing stock associates.

• Accountable: you are responsible for the flow of merchandise from the point of delivery to the sales floor.
• Organized: you are detail oriented and always ensure that accurate labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Self-Starter: you know what your responsibilities are and contribute to the profitability of the retail operation by receiving, handling, and helping to manage the inventory of merchandise and supplies in a timely and organized manner.

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma
• Fashion Industry knowledge
• At least 1 year of previous sales experience in a high-end retail environment.
• Functional digital literacy; POS, MS Office, web, social
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including but not limited to standing, stooping, lifting 11 kilograms and climbing a ladder
