Retail Sales Associate

Job Description:

• Provide high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective customer service.
• Accurately process sales transactions quickly and securely at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness, order, and visual merchandising according to PUMA standards.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, operational competencies, and accountabilities.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be required.

Required Talent:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-focused retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Quick learner with basic computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
