Store - Lutz, FL

Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Help customers shop and find what they need. Maintain a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.

Major Activities

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.

Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions, aiming to meet sales and production goals.

Complete framing orders with high quality and punctuality.

Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and replenishment.

Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in locating products, and ensure the store is well merchandised and stocked.

Follow SOPs and company programs, support shrink and safety initiatives.

Interact respectfully with others, remain positive, promote the company's vision and values, and serve as a role model.

Participate in truck unloading and stocking, following standards within budget.

Operate cash register and handle transactions according to standards.

Acknowledge customers, assist with product location, and provide solutions.

Assist with Omni channel processes.

Other Duties As Assigned Minimum Experience Required

Basic computer and measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Preferred Experience

Retail experience.
Experience selling products/services to customers.

Physical Requirements

Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching.
Ability to move throughout the store and stand for long periods.
Lifting heavy boxes and frames; using a ladder for high shelves.

Work Environment

Public retail setting, climate-controlled areas, some outdoor work, and work in the frame shop with glass cutter and heat press. Includes nights, weekends, and early mornings.
