The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to perform and support various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work status, issues, and solutions.
• Accurately complete planograms and resets in a timely manner.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts accurately.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure customers have a distinctive shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and outdoor lots.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle is required.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment adhering to safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed; push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment; lift overhead; frequently stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle and transfer merchandise up to 50 lbs, and operate vehicles.
• Read, write, and complete documentation accurately.
• Must be able to move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas.
