This role is responsible for managing the business with multiple strategic key retailers in the Western U.S., owning the sales strategy to drive revenue and margin growth across accounts. The National Account Manager manages the broker relationship to ensure effective execution and alignment with business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities- Call on multiple strategic key retailers to develop and grow business while managing broker activities
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed volume, revenue, and profit goals
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts (e.g., new items, expanded distribution, promotional support)
- Partner with internal teams to deliver forecasts and annual plans
- Drive cross‑functional alignment to maintain consistent execution and meet business objectives
- Work closely with Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management to ensure flawless execution
- Strong relationship management skills with key retail customers and broker partners
- Deep understanding of retail channel dynamics and omnichannel sales strategies
- Analytical and strategic thinker able to leverage data to identify growth opportunities
- Must have experience working with Albertson's Supermarket
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in CPG and omnichannel sales, including managing retailer and broker relationships
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams
