Pharmaceutical Sales Territory Rep - Primary Care (Specialty / Entry Level)

We are currently looking to fill several full‑time roles to help manage pharmaceutical brand awareness, business development, and sales. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and an enthusiasm for working with clients.

This role focuses on lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to secure lifelong customers on behalf of our clients. It is a full‑time opportunity with advancement prospects for the right person, who will also help manage the campaign itself, oversee staff, and stay involved with training employees.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, assist them with healthcare contracts and practice‑management needs, and have the opportunity for bonuses. Proficiency with tablets, computers and both Microsoft and Apple products is required.

Responsibilities
  • Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long‑term
  • Becoming a healthcare expert for your client base
  • Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs
  • Developing and maintaining healthy, long‑term relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Managing your time effectively in order to excel in a multi‑faced role
  • Any other duties reasonably requested
Experience and Skills
  • Minimum one year working in sales or customer service
  • Proven record of meeting sales OR customer satisfaction goals
  • Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
