• Connect with prospective clients to explain coverage options and guide them toward the right protection.
• Review existing client policies to ensure they are adequately protected against life's unexpected events.
• Navigate our database to maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups on all inquiries.
• Educate customers on the value of different insurance products, moving beyond price to focus on comprehensive security.
• Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to our local community presence in Lutz.
• Meet monthly sales goals while maintaining a high standard of ethics and client service.

• Current Florida Property and Casualty (2-20) or Personal Lines (20-44) or (4-40) Customer Service Representative insurance license.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport and active listening.
• Comfort working with agency management systems and digital lead management platforms.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail when managing a client pipeline.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency environment is helpful but not required.
