CDL-A OTR Driver

Got your CDL, but every company wants experience first? This one hires new grads and pays you while you learn.

Here is exactly what happens after you apply, so there are no surprises.

Step 1: A recruiter calls you. Same business day. They check your license, your record and your school hours. 120 hours from CDL school is enough.

Step 2:
You train with a mentor, paid. One-on-one, in the truck, with an experienced driver. You earn from the start instead of paying to learn.

Step 3:
You go solo. When you finish, you get your own assigned truck, an automatic or 10-speed about 1.5 years old, and full solo mileage pay.
