American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Long Term Care/SNF unit requiring 2 years of experience and an active MN RN license.

• Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility unit within a post-acute care setting
• 51-bed facility with staffing ratios of 2 nurses per day shift and 1 nurse overnight
• Patient population primarily includes dementia and geriatric diagnoses
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR system
• 12-hour shifts, both daytime and overnight (6a-6p and 6p-6a), with some 8-hour shifts available
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• 32 guaranteed hours per week with overtime availability
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities

• Active MN RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years worked, including employment dates and rehire eligibility

• Provide direct nursing care within a long-term care/skilled nursing environment
• Facility-specific orientation includes 2 hours with the LEAD team followed by 1-2 shifts shadowing staff on the floor
• Local candidates accepted within an 80-mile radius at a reduced rate
• Candidates residing outside the 80-mile radius or using facility housing are considered local rate eligible
