As our portfolio of delivered vessels continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Warranty Co‑Ordinator to join our Project Services team.
Acting as a key point of contact for our clients following vessel delivery, you’ll take responsibility for coordinating warranty claims and post‑delivery support
, working with customers, our production teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure issues are investigated and resolved effectively.
- Experience in after‑sales, warranty or service management
- Strong customer‑facing and communication skills
- Good technical understanding of vessels and marine operations
- Excellent organisation, problem‑solving and attention to detail
The role can be based at our shipyard in East Cowes on the Isle of Wight or our Southampton office
, with occasional travel required to support vessels and customers.
