This is an ideal opportunity for a dedicated professional ready to step into a leadership role while still working closely with young people.
You will support the Team Manager in ensuring a safe, structured and nurturing environment for all young people. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of care, promote independence and wellbeing, and guide staff through best practice.
Key DutiesProvide emotional and physical support to young people across residential and educational settings
Uphold safeguarding, health and wellbeing standards
Offer supervision, coaching and support to care staff
Model high professional standards and positive practice
Assist with staff recruitment, development and performance
Contribute to behaviour support strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Foster positive relationships with young people, families and professionals
Experience supporting autistic young people and those with complex needs
Full UK driving licence (rural location)
Level 3 Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Understanding of behaviour support, management practice and regulatory standards
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Positive, professional and motivational approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
