Teaching Assistant

1:1 Teaching Assistants – Primary Schools
Location: Lymington and New Forest

At Teaching Personnel, we’re looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support pupils in welcoming primary schools across New forest. In this role, you will provide dedicated 1:1 SEN support
, helping pupils feel confident, included and supported in their daily learning.

• Location: Primary schools across Lymington and new forest
• Pay: £14.25 per hour
• Contract: Full-time
• Start date: September 2026
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEN
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning support

• A minimum of two years’ employment history
• Experience in education or working with children is desirable (but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A Child DBS on the Update Service
  or willingness to apply for one
