Are you a Graduate Civil Engineer looking to start your career in a tight‑knit company in the residential industry, working on a variety of civil engineering projects across the South‑West? We are looking for a Civil Engineer Graduate/Grad Structural Engineer eager to learn hands‑on, develop a long‑term career and support the company’s growth.

In this role you will shadow senior engineers, receive on‑site training, perform engineering calculations and surveying, and work primarily in the office on domestic build projects.

• Shadow senior engineers and learn design, calculations, and surveying for residential works.
• Participate in on‑site training and support site activities as required.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations.
• Assist in project planning and coordination.

• Completed civil engineering degree (no further education required).
• Full UK citizenship.
• Full UK driving licence.
