Refit, Yard Services & After-Sales Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Refit, Yard Services & After-Sales Lead to join the team at Wight Shipyard Co. and support the continued development of our refit and through-life vessel services.

This varied, customer-focused position will oversee vessel refit projects, yard services and post-delivery support
, from initial quotation and planning through to project execution and after-sales service. You'll work closely with clients, our internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

• Strong project management and commercial experience
• Experience in refit, maintenance or repair projects
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
• A marine, engineering or related technical background

The role can be based at our shipyard in East Cowes on the Isle of Wight or our Southampton office
.
