We're now recruiting Registered General Nurses (Days or Nights) to join our founding team. If youre an experienced nurse ready to make a real impact and help shape a service from day one we'd love to hear from you.

As a Registered General Nurse, youll play a vital leadership and clinical role within the home. You'll:
Deliver person-centred nursing care tailored to individual resident needs Lead and support Health Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care Ensure clinical excellence and uphold regulatory and safety standards Foster a positive, homely environment in line with Avantes Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care

• A valid NMC registration (essential)
• Experience working in a care home or similar nursing setting
• A kind, professional, and proactive approach
• Strong leadership and communication skills
