Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking part‑time (30 hours per week) Support Workers to join our incredible team in Westcliff‑on‑Sea.

As a Support Worker, you will help individuals with learning disabilities lead a more comfortable, dignified, liberated and happy life. You will assist with daily activities and provide emotional support.

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Part‑time: 30 hour contract – flexible hours based on availability.

All services are 24‑hour care. Shifts range between 7 am and 10:30 pm. Rota is prepared at least 4 weeks in advance.

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
