Position: HR Assistant / Technician
Brockenhurst College has an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant/Technician to join the team on a part time, fixed term basis until 31st December 2026. In return,you will receive a competitive salary of £24,834 - £27,211 per annum DOE. We are a busy organisation that can offer you a great working environment and opportunities.

About the role:

As the HR Assistant you will provide a high-quality HR Service through both effective relationships and processes. This role will involve working closely with HR Business Partners, and payroll colleagues, to achieve high quality service, and meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities as our HR Assistant will include:
Processing all employment changes e.g. variations to contracts, new starters, leavers etc. Ensuring the HR systems are continuously maintained with accurate employee data. Manipulating data from our integrated HR/Payroll System using Excel. Producing accurate and timely scheduled and ad-hoc reports as appropriate. Responding to all phone/email/face-to-face queries professionally. Working closely with our Payroll team, ensuring that all changes are processed efficiently and effectively and that any queries are resolved satisfactorily.
