Join a growing precision engineering team in Lymington with real career progression.
We are recruiting for a CNC Miller at a precision machining company based in Lymington, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, modern workshop equipped with state‑of‑the‑art machinery, producing high‑quality small components.
- £26.00 per hour
- Regular overtime opportunities
- Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday finish at 3:30pm
- 28 days holiday
- Ample on‑site car parking
- Subsidised drinks machine
- Ongoing training & development opportunities
- Programming, setting & operating HAAS CNC machines
- Manufacturing small precision components in steel, plastics, brass & aluminium
- Maintaining high‑quality standards throughout production
- Working from existing tooling & repeat component drawings
- Using measuring equipment to ensure accuracy
- Experience as a CNC Programmer & Setter
- Strong knowledge of HAAS machines
- Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings
- Confident use of measuring equipment
- A flexible attitude & ability to work within a small, friendly team
