Production Operative – Lymington, Hampshire
- Up to £14.24 per hour
8am–5pm shifts with 1-hour lunch and temp to perm opportunity
We’re recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing food manufacturing site in Lymington, Hampshire.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced but welcoming team, where quality and teamwork are key, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build experience in production.
- Weekly pay EVERY Friday
- Guaranteed hours
- Opportunity to go permanent (temp to perm)
You’ll be part of a supportive and friendly team
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the manufacturing of products
- Packing and labelling finished goods
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Supporting the team to meet daily targets
- Previous experience in a production or factory environment (preferred)
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- The ability to work well within a team
- Comfort working in a chilled environment
