CNC Turner | Lymington | up to £23ph

Earn up to £23 per hour as a CNC Turner setting and operating precision 3 axis lathes.
You'll work to tight tolerances on large components, in a machine shop that runs on accuracy and process.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in getting the detail right, every single time.

Working hours Monday to Thursday 6:45am to 3:30pm and Friday 7am to 1pm, with an early finish every week

As a CNC Turner, your responsibilities will include:

Setting and operating CNC lathes to precise specifications
Following set-up sheets and job card instructions accurately
Interpreting technical drawings, including geometric dimensions and tolerances
Maintaining quality and safety standards at all times
Working independently or as part of a team as required
As a CNC Turner, your experience will include:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a high precision manufacturing environment, working with large components
A minimum of 3 years' experience operating Mazak controls
Experience working to engineering drawings and job cards
A completed apprenticeship in mechanical engineering
Programming knowledge on Mazak controls (desirable)
Security clearance (desirable)
