We are seeking a highly motivated, professional and caring person to join our Surgical Unit Team.

Lymington Surgical Unit comprises the Theatre Suite, Surgical Day Ward and Surgical Outpatients Department with minor procedures rooms.

This SHCSW role is based within the Theatre Suite, where you will support the theatre team, surgeons and anaesthetists in the care of patients during the peri‑operative period; and the Surgical Outpatient Department, where you will support clinicians in clinics, undertake basic screening observations (eg, urine analysis and bladder scanning) and assist in minor procedures. We also run clinics from sites in Hythe and Romsey in addition to Lymington.

As a day‑surgery unit, we are a small team that works closely together to provide safe and effective care for our patients. Lymington Surgical Unit is currently a Monday‑to‑Friday service.
