Registered Mental Health Nurse

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Milford on Sea area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers

One of the leading nursing homes in Hampshire for its warm, homely setting, personalised care plans and exceptional standards of care

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills
• A good team player
• 1+ year NMC registration

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of GBP
22.50 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP
