A unique hotel and restaurant group in Brockenhurst seeks a dedicated Wood Oven Chef de Partie to oversee the woodfired oven. In this role, you will craft delicious flatbreads using fresh ingredients from garden to table, engage with guests, and bring your creativity to a daily changing menu. Experience as a Pizza Chef or Chef de Partie is preferred but training will be provided.
