Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and caring PMLD Teaching Assistant to join a team at an OUTSTANDING SEN school in Warrington. As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with PMLD to achieve their educational and developmental goals. You will work closely with experienced SEN staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for every child.
Responsibilities- Support children with PMLD in daily activities and learning tasks within the classroom.
- Assist class teachers and senior SEN staff to implement individual education plans and ensure inclusive participation.
- Promote a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment that supports pupil wellbeing.
- Interest in working with children with PMLD or related SEN areas; prior experience is desirable but not required.
- Patience, resilience, and strong communication skills.
