Director of Development & Construction

I'm partnering with a well-capitalized, rapidly expanding data center developer to appoint a Director of Development & Construction as they continue to grow their hyperscale portfolio across the US.

This is an opportunity to join an established development platform with significant financial backing, an active project pipeline and ambitious plans for continued expansion.

• Lead data center projects through early-stage development, design and construction handover.
• Oversee entitlements, permitting, utilities and site development activities.
• Coordinate engineering, design and external consultants to ensure projects are ready for execution.
• Work closely with senior leadership on development strategy, project feasibility and delivery.
• Play a key role in bringing large-scale hyperscale campuses to market.

• Strong background in data center development, construction or large-scale mission-critical projects.
• Experience navigating complex development processes, including utilities, permitting and approvals.
• Commercially minded with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
